Your stay is paid by card on our secure payment page (Stripe). The deposit, balance and applicable cancellation terms are shown before you confirm. Extras are then paid in one click, also by card.
Most of our stays offer self check-in with a key box or smart lock. Before you arrive, you receive your personal stay guide with directions, an access video and your code. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 10 am, unless you add a timing extra.
Only for some stays (Villa Secret River, the love rooms and B’s House). It is a card hold or pre-authorisation, not charged if all goes well. The amount is shown on the stay’s page.
